These terms of sale are concluded between Sud Equilibre, a company with a share capital of ten million Naira, headquartered in Abuja and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria under number 7048796, hereinafter referred to as 'SUD EQUILIBRE LIMITED', managing the website www.alafialink.com, and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website www.alafialink.com, hereinafter referred to as 'the buyer'.
Article 1. Purpose
These terms of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between SUD EQUILIBRE LIMITED and the buyer, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.alafialink.com. Alafialink excludes from sale on its platform any product whose public sale is prohibited under Nigerian law.
Article 3. Prices

Orders placed on the website www.alafialink.com and intended for delivery within Nigeria are subject to VAT at the applicable rate. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the product prices. - Payment via Bank Transfer: The buyer selects the products they wish to order in the 'cart', modifies them if needed (quantities, references...), verifies the delivery address or enters a new one. Then, the shipping fees are calculated and presented to the buyer, along with the carrier's name. Next, the buyer chooses the payment method: 'Bank transfer'. Finally, the last step allows them to review all the information, read and accept the present terms and conditions by checking the corresponding box, and confirm the order by clicking the 'Confirm my order' button. This final click constitutes the definitive conclusion of the contract. Once validated, the buyer receives an order confirmation. To complete the payment and trigger the processing of the order, the buyer must contact their bank to transfer the corresponding amount to the AlafiaLink bank account, whose details will be communicated to the buyer. Once the transfer is received, the order will be processed, and the buyer will be informed by email. Sud Equilibre will ship the products no earlier than 2 business days after receiving the transfer, subject to availability of funds.
- Secure payment by PayPal or credit card: (via the PAYPAL system): The buyer selects the products they wish to order in the 'cart', modifies them if necessary (quantities, references...), verifies the delivery address or enters a new one. Then, shipping costs are calculated and presented to the buyer, along with the carrier’s name. Next, the buyer chooses their preferred payment method: 'Payment via PayPal'. The next step proposes that they review all the information, read and accept the current general terms and conditions by checking the appropriate box, then confirm their order by clicking on the 'Confirm my order' button. Finally, the buyer is redirected to the secure PAYPAL interface to safely enter their PayPal account or personal bank card details. If the payment is accepted, the order is recorded and the contract is definitively concluded. Payment by PayPal account or bank card is irrevocable. In the case of fraudulent use, the buyer may request the cancellation of the card payment; the paid amounts will be re-credited or refunded. The cardholder is not liable if the disputed payment is proven to have been made fraudulently and remotely without the physical use of the card. To obtain a refund of the fraudulent debit and any related bank fees, the cardholder must contest the charge in writing to their bank within 70 days of the transaction, or up to 120 days if their contract allows. The debited amounts are refunded by the bank within a maximum of one month after receiving the written dispute. No refund fees can be charged to the cardholder. Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms of sale, acknowledgment of full understanding, and waiver of one's own purchase conditions. Article 6. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product to the seller for an exchange or refund without penalty, except for return shipping costs.
Article 7. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which must be within the agreed geographical area. Orders are delivered by our partner courier services, with tracking and delivery without signature. Delivery times are given for information purposes only; if they exceed thirty days from the order date, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded. Sud Equilibre may provide the buyer with a tracking number by email. Delivery is made to the counter of our partner courier. The buyer must check, in the presence of the courier representative, the condition of the packaging and its contents upon delivery. In case of damage during transport, any claim must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Article 8. Warranty
All products provided by Sud Equilibre benefit from the legal warranty provided by community regulations. In case of non-compliance of a sold product, it may be returned to Sud Equilibre, which will accept it, exchange it or refund it. Article 9. Liability

All elements of the AlafiaLink website are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Sud Equilibre. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use in any form, even partially, any elements of the site, whether photos, logos, visuals, or texts.
Article 11. Personal Data
Sud Equilibre commits to preserving the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer, which they may transmit for the use of certain services. All information concerning them is subject to legal provisions. As such, the user has the right to access, modify, and delete their personal information. Article 12. Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions of distance selling are subject to the legislation of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the legal provisions of the ECOWAS community. Only chats and interactions made through the AlafiaLink platform are taken into account in case of dispute. Customers are therefore strongly advised to communicate with the seller exclusively via the platform's messaging system.
